According to the Staff Handbook, employees may normally be given two hours of paid voting time, unless their schedule starts at 10 am or later or ends at 4pm or earlier. Review the Staff Handbook

HSC Employees who are salaried (FLSA exempt) should record time used for voting as Time Worked in TAL. For hourly (FLSA nonexempt) employees, the time should be recorded as Admin Leave.
Norman Employees should record time used for voting as Time Worked.
